This process includes the review and approval of drafts, as well as a meeting at your location for signatures. The first draft of your wills or affidavits will be emailed to you within 72 business hours after we receive the completed form.

A small succession in New Orleans occurs when the value of someone's property in Louisiana is $125,000.00 or less at the time of death. Alternatively, any succession that took place more than 20 years prior to the time of the succession, regardless of the property's value, is also considered a small succession. If there is no real estate involved, this service can be done for $115.00
